Processing Times

Orders are processed within 2 business days.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

If we expect delays longer than normal (restocks, high volume, etc.), we’ll post an update on this page.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping option you choose.

Typical delivery windows:

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier. Once shipped, we can’t control carrier delays, weather issues, or customs processing.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If the address is wrong and the package is returned, you’ll need to pay for reshipment to the corrected address.
